The Policy to Combat the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Young Persons is a frame of reference for the design and implementation, by the different State and civil-society bodies, of actions to tackle this problem. The policy is consistent with the recommendations produced by the first World Congress against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children, held in Stockholm in 1996.
